My Medical Choice

The recent Safe Blood post on the James Delingpole Telegram channel

There seems to be some confusion amongst Telegram followers of James Delingpole regarding the well established UK-based Safe Blood system that incorporates the national Safe Blood donor database and is part of My Medical Choice, and the Swiss un-vaccinated blood bank project that also calls itself Safe Blood.

For the record, My Medical Choice is nothing to do with the Swiss project, which is not comparable with our own Safe Blood system or the services offered to members by My Medical Choice. Whilst we did consider the idea of blood banks storing vaccinated and unvaccinated blood separately almost 2-years ago, we decided that, for a number of reasons, this was not a viable option and chose another path to protect our members from contaminated blood and blood products.

Obviously, My Medical Choice members already know that we are nothing to do with the Swiss Safe Blood project. However, we felt is was worth making this statement to clarify our position for any visitors to the site who may read this Blog.

Please note that as soon as we became aware of the Swiss project in late 2022, the founder of the Swiss Safe Blood project was made aware of the established UK Safe Blood system, our copyrighted material, and the fact that the NHS emergency services use: http://www.Safe-Blood.org to log in to members’ personal account pages in an emergency situation.

We do hope this statement clarifies matters for those interested in My Medical Choice membership.

My Medical Choice is all about your Medical Autonomy in healthcare and making sure the emergency team treating you follows your specific wishes. When used correctly, it is a powerful system that can notify medical teams about allergies, procedures etc., right down to more personalised decisions such as people concerned about mRNA in blood, and/or, wanting a solution to vaccinated blood (as listed in the examples in some articles).

My Medical Choice is not here to judge your decision, it is about empowering people to have control over their own healthcare.
